مقدمه

قارچ چیست؟ قارچ جانداری است که جزء گیاهان و حیوانات نیست بلکه جزء دیسه داران است. قدمتش از گیاهان و جانوران بیشتر است. چون کلروفیل ندارد نمی تواند مانند گیاهان سبز عمل فتوسنتز را انجام دهد و از کربن هوا استفاده می نماید. به همین دلیل قارچ ها مجبورند برای رشد و حیات از کربن آماده شده توسط گیاهان سبز اسفتاده کنند.

منابع کربن مورد اسفتاده قارچ کاه و کلش و کود حیوانی است چون فتوسنتز انجام نمی دهد پس به نور نیازی ندارد و در تاریکی رشد می کند.

1- قارچ های خوراکی

در اکثر کشورهای جهان خصوصاً آلمان- سوئد- فرانسه که در صدر مصرف کنندگان قرار دارند خوردن قارچ متداول اند.

از مهمترین قارچ های خوراکی می توان به قارچ دکمه ای انواع قارچ های صدفی قارچ والواریا (جینی) مورالها قارچ مرغوب چوب یا رقص پروانه ای قارچ کوپرینوس یا مرد پشمالو قارچ گوش چوب و قارچ خوراکی شی تاکه یا قارچ جنگل و ... اشاره کرد.

2- قارچهای داروئی

استفاده از قارچها به عنوان دارو از زمانهای قدیم مرسوم بوده به طوری که آزتکها از قارچ به عنوان مواد توهم زا در فالگیری استفاده کردند.

یکی از مهمترین آنتی بیوتیکها که امروزه در مبارزه با بیماریهای عفونی بکار می رود پنی سیلین می باشد که ارزش حاصل از آن قارچها می باشد.

3- قارچ های سمی

در طی قرون متمادی قارچها به خصوص انواع وحشی و سمی آن موجب ترس و وحشت مردم می شدند و راجع به سمی بودن قارچها بین مردم افسانه ها و داستانهای زیادی نقل گردیده است.

خانواده آمانیت مهمترین خانواده از قارچهای سمی می باشد و تشخیص سمی بودن قارچها فقط از طریق آزمایشگاه مشخص می شود.

مهمترین سمها عبارتند از 1- فالاتوکسین  2- آموتوکسین  3- همولیتیک

سمهای فاداتوکسین و آموتوکسین بر روی اعصاب و گوارش تأثیر می گذارند و بعد از مدتی تأثیر آن از بین می رود مثل آمانیناموسکاریکا و همولیتیک کشنده است و گلبولهای قرمز را منعدم کرده و بعد از 2 ساعت انسان را به اغما می برد (مثل آمانیتافالوئید)

آشنایی با قارچهای صدفی و انواع گونه های آن

کشت و پرورش قارچ صدفی در مقایسه با قارچهای دیگر بسیار ارزان و کم هزینه است. گونه های پلوروتوس از جمله قارچهای خوراکی می باشد که در نواحی گرمسیری و نیمه گرمسیری دارای رشد مطلوبی می باشد.

اطلاعات اولیه

عمومی‌ترین صفات جانوران که طی مراحل رشد نیز قبل از همه ظاهر می‌شود، تراز ساختمانی آنهاست. همه جانوران زندگی را از یک سلول آغاز می‌کنند و برخی از تراز بافت بالاتر نمی‌روند، اما بقیه آنها از این تراز می‌گذرند و بدن پیچیده‌تری می‌یابند. بدین ترتیب جانوران (متازوآ) را صاحب دو شعبه رده بندی در نظر می‌گیرند. در شعبه پارازوآ ، بالاترین تراز ساختمانی را بافت تشکیل می‌دهد. این شعبه فقط شاخه اسفنجها را شامل می‌شود. همه جانوران دیگر که به شعبه یومتازوآ تعلق دارند، با داشتن اندام و دستگاه مشخص می‌شوند.

دومین صفت عمومی که بعد از تراز ساختمانی در حین رشد جانوران ظاهر می‌شود، نوع تقارن آنهاست. در ابتدا جنین همه جانوران دارای تقارن شعاعی یعنی به صورت کره‌ای توپر و یا توخالی و متشکل از تعدادی سلول است. بعضی از گروههای جانوری مانند عروس دریایی این تقارن شعاعی را تا مرحله بلوغ حفظ می‌کنند، اما در بقیه پس از مدتی جنین تقارن شعاعی ثانویه (مانند ستاره دریایی) و یا تقارن دو طرفی می‌یابد و لارو و جانور بالغ حاصل از آنها نیز معمولا همین نوع تقارن را نگه می‌دارند. بر همین اساس شعبه یومتازوآ را می‌توان به دو دسته دارای تقارن شعاعی (Radiata) و دارای تقارن دو طرفی (Bilateria) تقسیم بندی می‌کنند.

وضعیت سلوم یا حفره عمومی بدن در عروس دریایی

هر گونه فضا یا حفره عمومی که کاملا توسط بافتهای مزودرمی و بویژه توسط پرده‌های صفاقی احاطه شده باشد، سلوم (Coelom) نام دارد. بنابراین جانوران دارای سلوم را متعلق به گروه سلوماتها ، می‌دانند. معنای اصطلاحات آسلومات و پزدوسلومات نیز به همین ترتیب روشن می‌شود. آسلوماتها جانوران فاقد سلوم و در واقع فاقد هر گونه حفره عمومی هستند. پزدوسلوماتها دارای پزدوسل یا سلوم کاذب یعنی حفره عمومی هستند که پوشش آن را مستقیما اکتودرم و آندودرم تشکیل می‌دهند نه صفاق. چنین حفره‌ای در ظاهر به سلوم واقعی می‌ماند. عروس دریایی جز آسلوماتها می‌باشد.

در عصر حاضر سازمان های مختلف فرهنگی، نهادهای متعدد آموزشی و رسانه های بی شمار مجازی متولی تعلیم و تربیت کودکان و نوجوانان محسوب می شوند. در این زمینه یکی از مهم ترین و شناخته ترین نهادهای تربیتی و آموزشی که با طراحی و تدوین برنامه های جامع به شکل مستقیم در فرآیند تعلیم و تربیت دانش آموزان فعالیت می کند، نهاد آموزش و پرورش است. با توجه به حجم انبوه وظایف، گستره کار و محدودیت منابع، اجرای مطلوب برنامه ها و تحقق اهداف عالی این نهاد در امر تربیت فرزندان بدون مشارکت جدی والدین و دیگر سازمان ها در اداره امور مدارس، ممکن و مقدور نیست. بدون شک مشارکت خانواده ها در اداره امور مدرسه موجب پشتیبانی گسترده فکری، حمایت های چشمگیر معنوی و جذب امکانات عظیم علمی، فرهنگی، فنی، آموزشی، تربیتی و مالی موسسه ها، سازمان ها و عوامل بیرونی نظام آموزشی به سوی مدارس می شود. با توجه به افزایش آگاهی ها و ارتقای سطح علمی والدین، خانواده ها نسبت به گذشته های نه چندان دور نقش بیشتری در آموزش فرزندان خود به عهده گرفته اند. این امر از یک سو به احساس مسئولیت و نگرانی آن ها نسبت به آینده عزیزانشان مربوط می شود و از سوی دیگر ناشی از سهمی است که نظام آموزشی کشور و مدارس برعهده آنان گذاشته است. این تفویض مسئولیت ها در حالی انجام شده است که ما هنگام حضور در جمع اولیا یا صحبت با خانواده ها اغلب با پدران عزیز و مادران محترمی مواجه هستیم که در برابر این مسئولیت خطیر از اطلاعات و دانش کافی برخوردار نیستند و یا بیشتر مشتاق هستند بدانند که در این موارد چه باید بکنند.شاید به همین دلیل است که در بیشتر کشورها همگام با تغییر و تحولات، صاحب نظران و دست اندرکاران تعلیم و تربیت نیز تلاش می کنند که با پیشنهاد، تدوین، تصویب و اجرای برنامه های مختلف، اعضای خانواده ها را برای زندگی بهتر و نیل به موفقیت بیشتر آماده کنند.امروزه به موازات رشد چشمگیر امکانات، فناوری، گسترش روز افزون رسانه های ارتباطی در سایه تحولات اجتماعی، سلایق و نیازهای دانش آموزان به شکل محسوسی نسبت به نسل های قدیم تفاوت یافته است. به عبارت دیگر با اندکی تأمل در می یابیم دانش آموزان امروزی نوگرا، تنوع طلب و علاقه مند به روش های نوین و مدرن آموزشی هستند و همگی دوست دارند مطالب و محتوای درسی و آموزه های تربیتی را در قالب نو بیاموزند. برای تحقق بهتر این امر، والدین و مربیان باید به شکل مستمر با مطالعه کتاب ها و منابع علمی مورد نیاز، آموزش های به روز و با تجدیدنظر در روش های خشک و غیرمفید با دانش آموزان ارتباط سازنده تر و تأثیرگذارتری برقرار کنند و با اتخاذ روش های منطقی زمینه رشد و تعالی همه جانبه آنان را فراهم کنند.مربیان مدارس باید بدانند پدران و مادران همچون گنجینه های گران بهایی هستند که تجربه های بسیار ارزشمندی در زمینه تربیت فرزندان خویش دارند و اگر از سوی مدیران و معلمان اندیشمند به موقع شناسایی شوند و به نیکی از آن ها استقبال شود، رابطه بسیار موثری بین خانه و مدرسه برقرار می شود.از دیر هنگام ارتباط موثر خانواده ها و مربیان به عنوان وسیله ای مطمئن برای بهبود کیفیت عملکرد و رفع مشکلات مدارس مدنظر بوده است و برای استمرار این رابطه باید از طریق معلمان و مدرسان آموزش خانواده، اطلاعات بکر، به روز و مورد نیاز به آنان منتقل شود. در حال حاضر همه مردم، مسئولان و اشخاص حقیقی و حقوقی می توانند به طور موثر و جدی در تعلیم و تربیت فرزندانشان مشارکت داشته باشند و این مشارکت در ابعاد و زمینه های مختلفی همچون زمینه های فکری، اجتماعی، اقتصادی، تخصصی و مهارتی، بهره برداری بهینه و مشترک از تأسیسات و فضاها و امکانات موجود، برخی امور اجرایی و عمرانی و تأمین اقلام مورد نیاز و تجهیز مدارس، امکان پذیر است.
